The way to open a wine bottle is as follows.
1.Use a knife to cut off the sealing benefit along the circle protruding from the bottle mouth. Select the convex part above the bottle neck or the lower part of the convex part when cutting the seal. The mouth of the bottle is usually dirty, especially if the wine has been in the cellar for some time, so it must be wiped with a clean white napkin.
2.Insert the screw of the bottle opener into the center point of the cork and turn into it slowly. For example, with a butterfly shaped bottle opener, when the screw enters the cork gradually, the handles on both sides will rise gradually.
3.Pull the hand off so that the other paw is on the top of the bottle, then slowly lift the handle and pull the cork out. After pulling out the cork, check to see if the cork is moist, which means the wine has been properly preserved and is less likely to spoil. Also, further smell the cork for odors
4.When opening a bottle, if the cork breaks, clamp the cork out with a "pinch opener".
Notes for use:
The spiral iron cone of the wine bottle opener pulls the cork smoothly and slowly to avoid damaging the wine during opening. The iron cone must not penetrate the cork, or the cork dust will fall into the wine.
Opening a bottle a few hours before drinking improves quality, especially red wine, which becomes rounder and smoother and easier to drink.
Choosing the right bottle opener, improper bottle opener or clumsy bottle opener can break the cork.
